We care about you and your animals at the Eye Clinic. The following are some of the services provided by our clinic to help diagnose and treat ocular problems in our patients before they can become vision threatening.

Please Remember:
- Do not feed your pet any type of food or snacks prior to your appointment. Providing water is fine.
- Do not fast diabetic animals
- Bring all medications your pet is currently receiving.
- Bring all pertinent history and information supplied by your referring veterinarian. This may include laboratory test results such as blood work and radiographs. Records may also be faxed to (303) 422-7474 prior to your visit.
Fees for services are usual and customary charges for the kind of specialized services rendered. A detailed written estimate will be provided at the time of the initial examination for recommended procedures upon request. Fees are payable when services are rendered. Payment can be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or Care Credit.
